This site presents Morada dos Vagalumes and lets you check availability on WhatsApp. Here we explain, plainly, what data passes through the site, what it is for and how you exercise your rights under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

1. Who is responsible

Morada dos Vagalumes, a lodging in Desvio Blauth, Farroupilha, RS, Brazil, managed by the hosts Jair and Débora, is the controller of the data processed through this site. Privacy contact: WhatsApp (54) 0000-0000.

2. What data passes through the site

• Availability inquiry: the name, WhatsApp number, check-in and checkout dates and number of guests you fill in on the form.
• Technical access logs: like any website, the server automatically records technical data about visits (IP address, date and time, page visited and browser type).

The form data is not sent to our server or stored by the site. It stays in your browser and is used only to build the message that opens in WhatsApp. Your inquiry reaches the hosts only if you send that message in WhatsApp.

3. What we use it for, and the legal basis

• Replying to your inquiry, confirming dates and arranging the booking: preliminary steps to a contract, at your request (art. 7, V, LGPD).
• Technical logs: keeping the site secure and working (legitimate interest, art. 7, IX) and meeting legal obligations, such as those of Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (art. 7, II).

We do not sell data, do not use your data for advertising and do not send messages unless you started the conversation.

4. Third-party services

• WhatsApp (Meta): the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and follows the app's own privacy policy.
• Google Maps: the map in the Location section is loaded from Google when you reach it. Google may collect browsing data under its own privacy policy.
• Airbnb: the “View on Airbnb” and “View profile” links lead to the Airbnb website, which has its own policy.

The site's photos, videos and fonts are served from our own server, with no third-party services.

5. Cookies

This site uses no cookies of its own and no analytics, tracking or advertising tools, so there is no cookie banner. Only the Google map, when loaded, may use Google's own cookies.

6. How long we keep data

The site does not keep form data. Booking conversations stay in the hosts' WhatsApp for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. Technical access logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted, in line with the period required by law.

7. Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18), you may request at any time:

• confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully;
• portability and information about who the data was shared with;
• deletion of data processed with your consent, and withdrawal of that consent.

To exercise your rights, contact the hosts on WhatsApp (54) 0000-0000. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

8. Security

The site works only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and has no login area or visitor database.

This policy may be updated. The date of the latest version is always shown at the top of this page.
